The Cheshire & Mersey Major Trauma Network has a well-established and effective governance processes.

The Network Governance Framework, updated in 2024, includes the latest versions of the Network Incident Reporting Form, the Network Mortality Review Form, the Major Trauma Death Rapid Review Form, and the Excellence Feedback Report Form.
