Clinical pharmacy is an important part of the multidisciplinary critical care team. There is excellent evidence on the benefits clinical pharmacy can bring, for example through the reduction in medication errors, improving patient outcomes and reducing costs.

The purpose of the Pharmacy sgroup is to promote, develop and share learning and best practice amongst the group, whilst also providing a forum for peer support
